This album is a friend of mine whom I haven't seen in over 50 years. Even then he was a talented musician but since that time he has matured into a musician unparalleled. With the exception of the lyrics and Vocals on "Old Black Mule", Frank composed, created, and performed all of the music on this album. I have found this album to be soothing and easy to listen to. I highly recommend you to sit back, close your eyes, relax and allow yourself to become immersed into some of the best music I have in my library. It's my life's work to express those emotions and feelings that can only be conveyed through music. It's how my spirit takes wing and soars to unfathomable, seemingly unreachable heights. I hope that my music does the same for your spirit, too.

Early in the 1973 I was inspired by Vangelis.  Electronic Music was a new challenge for me and I began composing after hearing this new sound as it were.  Here is one of so many of my favorite compositions by Vangelis.  "Chariots of Fire"

 Frank P Johnson was born in Jackson, MS.  He studied and was trained as a classical pianist. Frank also performed in the symphony orchestra as oboist and also played saxophone in several dance bands.  He has performed with many well known artist including Chuck Berry, Brenda Lee, BJ Thomas, George Clinton and Jimmy Witherspoon.  Frank retired from performing in 2003 and has continued writing, performing and recording his original material.  He was and still is influenced by R&B and classical artists giving him a broad range of creativity in Christian, R&B, and Easy Listening Genre.

Known For: Written songs for nbc, the independent filmmaker project, Play Network, mood media overhead music, and world compilation albums.
